In 2009, we began rescuing & fostering the dogs and cats of Puerto Rico.  After Hurricanes Irma & Maria devastated Puerto Rico in 2017 we decided we needed to do more for these amazing animals!  Hence the birth of Isle of Enchantment Rescue, a 501 c 3 registered non-profit, dedicated to

saving the lives of dogs & cats in Puerto Rico.
